Solar Shine Program's World Class Finish
In London, on June 16,  winners for the Urban Land Institute Sustainable Cities Award Competition were announced. The City of Perris’ Solar Shine Program, which involves a public-private partnership to produce solar energy and implement several city-wide energy conservation measures, was listed among 20 finalists, from a wide mix of 86 applicants from all over the world.
