Communications Hill - San Jose, CA Update

As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the seven on site air monitors recorded one exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of October 3, 2022.
October 5: There was an exceedance recorded on P9, which was caused by soil buildup on the road near the monitor. Plans have been made to re-rock the road and add more water to control dust.
Please note, there were no KB Home contractors performing earth disturbing work on October 4 & 7.
