As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the thirteen on site air monitors recorded one exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of September 16, 2024.
September 19: Exceedance occurred at stations 12 due to traffic and quarry activities. No KB Home contractors were working in the vicinity or upwind of these stations but additional water was added throughout the site.
