As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the 11 on site air monitors recorded zero exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of January 20, 2025.
January 21: One exceedance occurred at station 11, likely due to grading operations occurring upwind of this station. The grading contractors were made aware of the exceedance and additional water was added throughout this part of the site and around the grading operations.
