As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the eleven on site air monitors recorded two exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of March 3, 2025.
March 4: An exceedance occurred at both station 8 and 10, likely due to traffic associated with the grading operations occurring near and upwind of these stations. Grading contractors were made aware of the exceedances and additional water was added throughout the site and around grading operations.
