As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded four exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of January 4, 2020.
January 7: There were an exceedances noted on P4, P7, P9 & P10, which the exact cause was undetermined. Contractors were working upwind but it was determined that adequate water was being utilized. The other possible cause was HOA leaf blowing activities taking place at the same time.
