As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded three exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of January 18, 2021.
January 19: There was an exceedance noted on P8 & P9, which was caused by high winds, all earth work activities were suspended.
January 20: There was an exceedance noted on P3, which was the result of dry soils, additional water was added
