As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded one exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of January 31, 2022.
February 1: There was an exceedance noted on P2, this was attributed to high winds and HOA crews using leaf blowers near the monitor.
February 2-4: No earth disturbing activities or monitoring was performed.
