As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded two exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of February 1, 2021.
February 4: There was an exceedance noted on P3, which was due to work activities offsite unrelated to KB Home contractors.
February 5: There was an exceedance noted on P10, which was due work activities upwind from the monitor combined an increased volume of equipment moving soils out of the area.
