As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded two exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of February 22, 2021.
February 23: There was an exceedance noted on P3, which was due to high winds, earth work activities were suspended for the remainder of the day.
February 26: There was an exceedance noted on P3, which was due to work being performed offsite that was unrelated to KB Home activities.
