As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded one exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of March 31, 2021.
March 31: There was an exceedance noted on P9, which was caused by earth work being performed by a homeowner’s contractor. This work was unrelated to KB Home.
