As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the eight on site air monitors recorded four exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of April 4, 2022.
April 4: There was an exceedance noted on P10, which was attributed to a homeowner doing earth work for pavers near P10, no water was being used.
April 6: There were exceedances noted on P8, P9 & P10, these were attributed to HOA landscaping activities including the use of blowers and other equipment.
