As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded three exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of May 3, 2021.
May 3: There was an exceedance noted on P10, which the cause was contractors working in the area not using enough water, more water was added to alleviate the issue.
May 6: There was an exceedance noted on P7, which was caused by HOA landscape maintenance crews unrelated to KB Home.
May 7: There was an exceedance noted on P10, which the cause was contractors working in the area not using enough water, more water was added to alleviate the issue.
