As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the seven on site air monitors recorded two exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of June 20, 2022.
June 21: There were exceedances noted on P9 & P10, there were no KB Home contractors performing earth disturbing activities at the time, the source of the exceedances was attributed to the construction hauling road upwind. More water will be used on the hauling road during any dry conditions.
