As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded four exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of June 21, 2021.
June 22: There was exceedances noted on P7 & P9, which was caused by contractors working upwind, more water was added to alleviate the issue.
June 23: There were exceedances noted on P9 & P10, which was caused by an excessive movement of dry soils in hard to reach areas around the building, the water truck problems were corrected to alleviate the issue.
