As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded two exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of July 26, 2021.
July 27: There was exceedance noted on P9, which was caused by lack of water due to a water truck breakdown, this was eventually corrected.
July 28: There was exceedance noted on P6, the soils in the area became dry due to the water truck breakdown the day before. More water was applied and the issue was corrected.
