As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the eight on site air monitors recorded two exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of August 10, 2020.

August 12: There was an exceedance noted on P8, which was the result of contractors performing dirt work in dry conditions. The work was stopped and corrections were made to increase water usage.
August 13: There was an exceedance noted on P6, which was the result of activities not associated with KB Home.
