KB Home encourages an open environment where users can freely exchange ideas, information and news. Replying to posts is encouraged but conduct on the page must remain civilized and stay on topic. KB Home reserves the right to delete replies, comments, posts, photos and links that do not follow this simple rule. Users who violate these terms can be blocked from KB Home social media pages.

Further, all users must comply with each social media site's Terms of Use policies, found on each individual social media platform. Users also agree not to violate users' rights in any manner.

While we support open discussions, we do not tolerate the following:

• personal attacks
• anything potentially obscene or indecent
• threats
• libelous statements
• intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights violations
• user harassment
• abusive statements against other users

• spam
• solicitation of products, services, and causes not sanctioned by KB Home

While KB Home does not monitor every user-generated post, KB Home expects users not to violate the rights of others as defined in the KB Home Terms & Conditions.

User-generated content shared on KB Home social media sites do not represent the opinions or views of KB Home. Any information shared by individuals within the KB Home community or through any platform, including, but not limited to: comments; wall posts; tweets; "Liking" or "Sharing" the page; or "Liking" and "Sharing" any social object maintained by KB Home may be re-posted on or through other platforms by KB Home in accordance with the TOS of each social media platform.

You may not submit content if you are under the age of 18.

The administrators of KB Home social media pages work for KB Home.

For any user-generated content shared, submitted or posted on KB Home social media pages, you grant to KB Home and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, unlimited, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free, fully transferable, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right and license to use, copy, modify, delete, adapt, publish, display (publicly or otherwise), translate, create derivative works from, sell, distribute and otherwise exploit all or any portion of any such content (including any names, location information and personal details included therewith) in any form (including written, electronic or graphical), format, media, medium (including outside of the social media platform proper) or technology (now known or later developed), all without any compensation to the user or any other party. Do not share, submit or post any content that you do not wish to license to KB Home and its affiliates as described in the foregoing sentence.
